With it being so small, it’s very low quality though. If you use oDownloader you can get 320k which would be roughly 150mb per hour in or if you still want good quality but not quite that much, 190k great quality while being 70-90mb per hour

Voice is very low bandwidth, and a single frequency at a time. So you can lower the bitrate much lower than music. I use 32kbps and 22050Hz sample rate. Sample rate could probable go down to 16000Hz, but would distort the intro music, and sound effects. 32k is probably not enough for GraphicAudio, but normal voice its plenty. Pretty much all encoders will support these settings.
